Return Window
You can return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Earrings and other pierce-able jewelry due to hygiene reasons
- Lingerie and swimwear due to hygiene reasons
Return Process
Contact Us
Email our customer service at returns@kamilana.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Approval
After reviewing your return request against our policy, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund or Store Credit
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or issue a store credit. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want quickly, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return, once the returned item is received.
